Accepting these Terms
These Terms govern access to and use of Outfast, including browsing a mission, launching or visiting a product, using Community Fuel, using a private management or claim link, and receiving a TrendsFast Orbit Pack. By using the service, you agree to these Terms and the Race Rules.
Browsing the public race is open to everyone. To submit or manage a product or claim a prize, you must be at least 18 and able to form a binding agreement. If you act for a company or owner, you confirm that you have authority to bind that party and promote the submitted product.

A free daily visitor race
Outfast is a product-discovery game. Best-effort unique outbound referrals tracked through Outfast determine the active mission's ranking. The first eligible product to 1,000 verified visitors wins immediately; if nobody reaches 1,000, the highest-ranked eligible product at midnight UTC wins.
Missions reset each UTC day. Daily totals and rank restart, while product pages, history, archives, winner records, badges, and prize status may remain. Outfast may correct supported processing, counting, display, or attribution errors without fabricating data.
Participation is free and no purchase is required. Community Fuel is also free, has no cash value, and never determines the main visitor race.

No traffic or outcome guarantee
Rank can change when another product receives a verified visitor, when traffic is filtered or corrected, or when a listing is moderated. Outfast does not guarantee a rank, time at a rank, mission win, audience size, impression, click, complete destination-page load, conversion, sale, search-engine result, revenue, or other outcome.
Verified visitor, impression, click, presence, Community Fuel, and time-based figures are best-effort operational measurements. They can be delayed, deduplicated, filtered for bots or abuse, corrected, or unavailable. Missing data is not replaced with invented data, and service interruptions do not extend the UTC mission.

Submission rights and responsibilities
You retain ownership of material you submit. You grant Outfast a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, format, display, and create campaign pages, social cards, archives, and mission records from the product name, pitch, URL, favicon, and related material for operating and promoting the service.
You represent that the information is accurate, you have all necessary authority and rights, and its use does not violate privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark, contract, or other rights. You are responsible for the destination and for material it serves after submission. Equivalent URL variants may be consolidated into one permanent product record.
Product and pitch fields are public. Do not include personal, secret, or confidential information in them. Contact email and private management links are for operating the submission and are not intended for public display.

Acceptable use and traffic integrity
You must not use Outfast to submit, promote, distribute, or facilitate:
- malware, phishing, credential theft, harmful downloads, or unauthorized access;
- illegal products, services, content, or conduct;
- adult sexual content or services;
- gambling, wagering, or unlawful prize schemes;
- deceptive financial schemes, token scams, fraudulent fundraising, or misleading investment claims;
- impersonation, forged endorsement, hate, extremist, terrorist, or targeted violent content;
- copyright or trademark abuse, counterfeit products, piracy, or other infringement;
- harmful files, deceptive redirects, cloaking, or destination changes used to evade review; or
- interference with the service, automated abuse, security testing without permission, or attempts to reach blocked internal network destinations.
You may not create fake referrals, use bots or click farms, repeatedly reset identifiers, manipulate Community Fuel or telemetry, conceal a destination, use a private capability without authority, or misrepresent a listing as an endorsement or affiliation.

Removal, correction, and disqualification
Outfast may inspect, hide, remove, restore, or block a listing or domain; exclude suspicious traffic; restrict access; correct totals; disqualify a product; preserve relevant records; or cooperate with a lawful request when reasonably necessary for safety, integrity, rights, legal compliance, or enforcement of these Terms.
These actions can alter a live ranking or prize eligibility. Where practical, an authorized operator may request review at hello@outfast.lol. Include enough information to identify the product and prove authority; never email a private token or password.
Back to top ↑THIRD-PARTY DESTINATIONS
Product links are not endorsements
A tracked product visit records a best-effort referral and can append Outfast campaign parameters to the stored destination. The destination receives those parameters and ordinary request information under its own terms and privacy practices. Outfast never accepts an arbitrary redirect destination from a visitor.
Listed products and their operators are independent third parties. Outfast does not control their availability, claims, products, security, terms, or privacy practices. Review a destination before relying on it or providing information.

TrendsFast Orbit Pack conditions
The first eligible product to 1,000 verified visitors becomes the locked winner. If no product reaches the target, only the eligible midnight UTC leader wins. Duplicate requests do not create another winner or Orbit Pack. Proven abuse, prohibited content, or a supported counting correction can affect eligibility.
The free pack may include AEO, SEO, GEO and AI-discoverability support, prioritized technical and content recommendations, a growth roadmap, TrendsFast-powered marketing recommendations, and a permanent Mission Winner badge. The prize is non-transferable, has no cash alternative, and may be fulfilled manually. Outfast does not represent an automated report or credit assignment as complete unless it genuinely completed.
The winner must safeguard any private claim URL, provide information reasonably needed for fulfilment, and respond before the displayed expiry. A prize may be withheld where required by law or for ineligibility, abuse, or inability to verify authorization. The winner is responsible for any applicable taxes.

Changes and availability
Outfast may maintain, secure, update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service. Future mission targets, eligibility rules, Community Fuel, Radar rotation, prize contents, or these Terms may change. A change will not silently invent or rewrite a completed mission's recorded visitor results.
Material changes apply prospectively from the stated effective date. Your continued use after that date signifies acceptance. If you disagree, stop using the service.

Disclaimers and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Outfast disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing here excludes a warranty or liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Outfast is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages, or for a third-party destination. You will defend and indemnify Outfast against third-party claims arising from your destination, submitted material, lack of authority, infringement, manipulated traffic, or violation of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

Contact, independence, and the whole agreement
Contact hello@outfast.lol first so we can try to resolve a concern. Applicable mandatory consumer protections and court jurisdiction that cannot be waived remain unaffected.
If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign your rights without consent; Outfast may assign these Terms with the service. These Terms, the Race Rules, and Privacy Notice form the agreement about the service.
Outfast was inspired by outbid.lol by Jonathan Wilke. Outfast is independently built as a free visitor race for bootstrapped founders, is powered by TrendsFast, and is not affiliated with outbid.lol.
